Launch of an e-learning module on the dispensary environment

Further to the success of the e-learning module dedicated to the hospital environment, Callimedia is launching a new module dedicated to the dispensary environment.

Callimedia has called upon industry experts to develop this training course which is adapted to medical representatives.

Representatives are in direct contact with healthcare professionals and are the vector of their laboratory’s image. They must be kept up to date with the latest developments, notably with regards to the dispensary environment which is currently undergoing significant change through the application of the HPST law (Hospital, Patient, Healthcare, Territory).

With this new module, Callimedia enables representatives to update their knowledge and skills on a fully autonomous basis.

This richly documented, entertaining and practical course is based on following the procedures of a medical representative’s visit to a dispensary.

• Administrative authorities
• Distribution circuits
• Organisation of the dispensary

At the end of the module, the learner will have a detailed knowledge of the dispensary environment. There is a quiz to check understanding.
