A MULTIMEDIA PROJECT MANAGER M/F

Based in Castelnau Le Lez (34)

Reporting to the Production Director you will be responsible for a team of 8 for the development and production of multimedia projects for key accounts in the healthcare sector. You will be the operational contact for the clients, from the price proposal through to the finished product, ensuring optimal quality throughout.

You will have a background in I.T. and/or multimedia and will have at least 3 years’ experience in production management in the multimedia environment. Excellent English is essential. Your qualities of thoroughness, responsiveness and leadership and your customer relations skills will be key assets for your successful integration into this innovative and dynamic company.

The key responsibilities include:

• Leading a production team: supervising and piloting the solution best adapted (quality, security, reliability, cost, schedule) to the client’s requirements.
• Playing a proactive role in terms of organisation of the production service.
• Knowledge of the tools dedicated to the activity (C.A.D, project management, office software...)
• Establish and deploy processes with a view to continuous quality and productivity improvement.
• Follow up production procedures.
• Evaluate and monitor production schedules and time requirements, with risk evaluation. Analyse budget risks throughout the project.
• Contribute to drawing up marketing proposals with regards to technical feasibility studies and production schedules.

A COMPUTER GRAPHICS DESIGNER M/F

Based in Castelnau Le Lez (34)

Reporting to the Multimedia Manager, you will be responsible for graphic design and page layout.

The key skills for this position:

• Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint and Photoshop.
• Capacity to create original graphic compositions.
• Page design skills (balanced layout for text and images).
• Excellent written expression and understanding of typographic rules.
• Perfect written French.
• A good level of English.

These skills, plus your general and scientific culture, your strict work ethic, your autonomy and sense of initiative will ensure your success in this challenging position.
