eConferencing

Internet broadcast of your scientific events

Congresses and conferences, satellite talks, product launches, meetings and seminars, professional training courses, expert interviews, press conferences...

Two broadcast methods:

  • Live: participants who cannot physically attend the event can watch it live via the internet.
  • Recorded: : the event is recorded, the content is validated by the regulatory affairs service, it is processed and made available on-line via a website.

Live e-conferencing with Callicast®

Callicast® offers live broadcast of events via the internet.

Prior to an even a registration site is set up, enabling tracking of the number of registrations.

On the day of the event, the presentations are synchronised with any visual supports and a ‘chat’ tool enables internet viewers to put forward any questions in real time, via the live broadcast site.

The event can be recorded and made available on the internet just 48 hours later via a streaming platform.

This represents an ideal means for multiplying the audience for an event and ensuring greater communication impact!

Demonstrations are available at www.callicast.fr click on eSanté 2.0.

Recorded e-conferencing with MuScript®

Muscript® offers the opportunity of broadcasting events that have been recorded, after approval from the regulatory affairs services.

You have direct access to the conferences via a detailed programme, a list of the speakers and a search engine. You can therefore access a conference at a precise position or time, access the supporting documents and read the abstracts presented.

Possible formats:

  • Standard: photograph of the speaker – visual supports synchronised with the audio recording of the speaker
  • Video: video of the speaker - visual supports synchronised with the video recording of the speaker
  • Video conference: format used when the speaker does not use visual supports, generally for introduction and conclusion speeches and interviews
